Outstanding customer service from ENGWE! I was really upset when the seat and saddle of my e-bike were stolen, but the ENGWE support team made the whole experience much easier. They responded incredibly fast, were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me. My issue was resolved much sooner than I expected, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free.

It's rare to find a company that stands behind its customers with such excellent support. I'm extremely happy with both my ENGWE e-bike and their amazing after-sales service. Highly recommended!
