This the 4th Engwe ebike I have bought. The latest being the L20 3.0 Pro. Its aways amaze me on how professional the Engwe e-bikes are packed and shipped all over the world. It took me about an hour or so to assemble my new L20 3.0 Pro with the enclosed manual and tools. (You can also look up the models on YouTube for more detailed assemble information.) After changing up the super-fast battery, adjusting the handlebars and seat…it was time to take a test ride. The look and design of the Engwe e-bike line are top quality. The L20 3.0 Pro e-bike rides very well. A smooth and balance ride. The new L20 3.0 Pro is very stable on the trail. The dual suspension makes all the difference. Back and front lights, horn are easy to read. The LED says quality all the way. This was the first folding e-bike I have owned and it was easy to fold up and put inside my apartment elevator for the ride down to the street. The other part I like I like about the Engwe e-bike line is the top-rated support staff. Fast and responsive with lots of information in regards to any questions you might have about getting the most out of your new Engwe e-bike. A top-quality e-bike product that just keeps getting better and better.

Super Comfortable and Highly Reliable

I’m not a technician, but I was able to set this bike up without any trouble. After riding it for about a month, I can honestly say it’s a pleasure to use. The electric assist is powerful, and the build quality feels extremely solid and durable — this is definitely not a lightweight e-bike. My only small criticism is that I can’t switch on the front light from the handlebar display; it’s only controllable through the app.

Very pleased with the Engwe L20 3.0 Pro! Assembly was easy and straightforward. The hill climbing power is excellent - handles the hills around here with no problem. Battery range is impressive, and it's very comfortable even on long rides. Excellent value overall!
