If you are experiencing issues with your Engwe eBike, please reach out our reach out to our customer support team prior to contacting any partnered shops. Our team will help diagnose the problem and coordinate any parts and/or instructions you may need prior to involving a certified partner.
Regardless of whether your eBike is within the warranty period, if you go to an ENGWE partner store to repair your eBike without our authorization, you need to bear the repair costs yourself. If you want to get free maintenance services from ENGWE partners, please contact us and provide you with a free warranty ticket.
Bike Shops that have partnered with Engwe eBikes are not authrised to receive products on behalf of Engwe. Please do not use any of these locations as a return address. Any unauthorized shipping arrangements to these stores are the responsibility and expense of the customer and will not be compensated by Engwe.
