Rules：
Campaign Period:
The period for the 2024BFCM order refund campaign runs from October 28th, 2024, to December 2nd, 2024.

Eligibility:
This campaign is open to Engwe e-bikes buyer residing in US, EU, UK and DE market. Participants must purchase Engwe e-bike order to be eligible for entry. Orders containing only accessories will be automatically deemed ineligible for participation.

Entry Conditions:
By purchasing any e-bike order, participants will automatically be entered into the campaign. Each participant has four chances for drawing before winning.

Winner Selection:
A total of 8 winners will be selected across four draws on November 11th, 18th, 25th, and December 2nd. Each draw will be conducted fairly and transparently from all eligible e-bike orders.

Winner Announcement:
The winner will be notified via email and announced on the company's official social media channels in 2 days later of the drawing day. The winner must respond to the email notification within 7 days to claim their prize.

Privacy Protection:
All personal information collected during the campaign will not be shared with any third-party organizations.

General Terms:
The ENGWE reserves the right to modify or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice.
Participants found to be using fraudulent methods or violating any rules will be disqualified from the campaign.
