I ordered the X-20 on Monday and Thursday and it arrived at my home in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. I compiled it from a video on the Engwe website, simple and clear. The appearance and design of the bike is beautiful and a pleasure to ride. The trunk bag and the small handlebar bag look very nice, special thanks for the wings, now puddles and dirt are not a problem. The anti-theft alarm is activated when driving and has a loud sound.
