Each reward has a fixed point value, and only one code can be used per checkout. A minimum of 2000 points is required to redeem the discount.

Yes, your points will expire after 12 months of account inactivity. You’ll receive reminders before they expire.

Your tier status is valid for 365 days from your most recent tier upgrade. Each new upgrade resets the 365-day period. If you don’t upgrade again within that time, your status will be downgraded to the lowest tier.

1. Copy & Share: The referrer copies their unique referral link from the Referral Program tab in the Loyalty section and sends it to a friend.
2. Friend Signs Up: Your friend, with no prior account or orders under the same email, signs up via the link and finds their 15% discount code in the My Rewards tab.
3. Place an Order & Earn: Once the friend places an order using the code, the referrer receives 1,500 points, and the friend earns 1 point for every €1 spent.
