I received the L20 Combo in Sicily in 6 days and enjoy the bikes which are very good.

I am pleased to review my purchase of Engwe L20 combo; delivery was fast, 6 days, perfect packaging and no transport damage. Assembling the bikes takes about an hour of work, but it's not complicated to do. (tools included in the package)
Assembling the bikes you realize that the construction quality is very good and that nothing is left to chance.
I used the bikes for a few kilometers given the bad weather conditions, but I immediately realized that the road holding, maneuverability and solidity are excellent.
The power of the engine is exceptional, as well as the 5 settings of the assisted pedaling combined with the mechanical gearbox make this bike excellent from all points of view.
As for battery life, I can't give an opinion yet, but I will do so later.
I am thrilled with my purchase and my friends have also shown a lot of interest in this product.

I like the ENGWE L20 bikes!!!

Hi! I bought two L20 units, one black and another green. I must say that I like the bikes and it’s Ok. However there are 2 things that I would like to report. In The black bike the lamp screw was missing, and in the green bike there was some scratches on the painting. But it’s ok! I can live with it. There is another thing which is, you offered me one water container with the attaching support for one bike, which I am very grateful for that. It could be very nice from you if you send me another kit for the other bike. The rest is ok and I feel very happy with it. I really like the L20 ENGWE bikes. Thank you. Hilário Castro
