Rules
1. Event Timing
The event starts at 12:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on April 10th, 2023 and ends at 11:59 PM EDT on April 28th, 2023.
2. Eligibility
Participants must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid email address. Each unique email address is eligible for one spin on the lucky wheel. Multiple entries from the same email address will be disqualified.
3. Prizes
There are a total of 999 prizes to be awarded, including M20 Ebike, EP-2, Engine PRO, helmets, rackbags, locks, riding gift bags and “2% off code”. The odds of winning a prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
4. Prize Claim
Prize ClaimTo claim a prize, winners must find the product link associated with their prize, apply the exclusive discount code they received upon spinning the lucky wheel, and place an order. Engwe will then ship the prize to the address provided by the winner. Winners must claim their prizes by May 31st, 2023, or the prize may be forfeited. （Please note: Each discount code can only be used once, please do not share the discount code with others to use.）
5. Shipping
We will provide free shipping(DPD logistics). If you choose another logistics company, you will need to pay additional shipping costs.
6. Entry without Purchase
No purchase is necessary to participate in this event. Participants can enter the event by visiting the website and following the instructions to spin the lucky wheel.
7. Experience Sharing
Engwe encourages winners to share their experiences and photos with us by email to give more fans a reference. Winners must email their experiences and photos to [Service@engwe-bikes.com] by June 31st, 2023.
8. Disqualification
Engwe reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of these rules or acts in a manner that is disruptive or unsportsmanlike.
9. Interpretation
Engwe reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules and any disputes that may arise in connection with this event.

Its really a great bike. A bit bigger than expected, but you’ll get back a sturdy bike that will last you a lifetime.
They also have a great and quick customer service as well. Got some questions about the bill and other things and got back a respond within a day.
At first a little skeptical about buying a bike online for that kind of money. But truly a good choice to do so.

Je possède le modèle Engine X depuis le mois de novembre 2022 et j'en suis très satisfait. Je l'utilise pour les balades et les randos en forêt et à la campagne mais également pour effectuer mes courses alimentaires qui grâce au robuste porte-bagage me permet de placer plus de 20 kg sans aucune difficulté. Cela me permet également de transporter ma chienne, un Shiba-Inu, lorsque les sorties sont très longues. J'ai une seconde batterie de 16 ah qui augmente notablement l'autonomie, les kilomètres sont avalés sans difficulté. J'ai été surpris par la facilité de pédalage sans l'assistance et ce malgré le poids du vélo. J'ai amélioré le freinage en remplaçant les freins mécaniques par des freins hydroliques ....
