Engwe customer support deserves 5 stars

After 4 months of using my Engwe p275 ST the display showed Error 36 and the motor stops giving support. So I email engwe customer support, sent some pictures of the problem and they determined it was a faulty motor. They sent me a new motor and I installed it my self. Now my ebike is running normal again.

Top ebike

I bought the women ebike P275 for my wife, it is top, quite, fast, very and real long rang, easy to drive. The gear motor is the best of the market. I bought with big regret a fat ebike 4 inches really too heavy and not so precise like the P275. Bravo Engwe. Only one downside the battery can't be electrically unlocked.

A good bike

I have bought this bike in January 2025 and i use to for delivery ,, its amazing , stable and in climbing roads , I don't have to make an effort ,, when i needed another battery , it wasn't available at the website, but the customer service found me a new one , they were helpful.

Amazing E-Bike

I ordered the Engwe p275 ST version on Monday 7 APR 2025 and the bike was delivered at my address Thursday 10 APR 2025.

I've been looking at this bike when its price was way above €1500 but now with spring sale promo plus a €100 off coupon code I say it is very good price for the quality of bike I get.

What I like about this bike:
+powerful Mid-drive motor 70nm that works silent
+Torque sensor = smooth power & more natural riding
+Tires are not 4 inch fat tire but broad enough 2.4 inch which is perfect for my urban use and on bike paths.
+hydraulic breaks are the best type of breaks & I am confident in its stopping power
+Battery capacity from Samsung is well more than enough for me. I've been riding to work on mostly sport mode(3 out of 5 assist levels) and the 5 bars on screen did not even lost 1 bar yet after 30km of total distance traveled. At this rate I can easily cover +100 km on a single charge, more than an average e-bike of the same category price.

+ I picked the p275 ST step-through model rather than the PRO model with high top bar because at 174cm tall I still not want to risk "injury to my balls"
+The saddle is easily adjustable with a lever under the seat.
+ Legal EU e-bike just to be on safe side of the law

I used to ride my 50 cc moped for work before, but I enjoy riding this Engwe p275 ST even more. No noise, no stinky smoke.
Hoping to enjoy my 1st E-bike for many years to come.
