1. What’s covered by this plan?

2. How to add protection
During checkout, you will have the option to add Shipping Protection to your order. By selecting this service, the protection fee will be automatically included in your total payment.
Please note:
- This protection is applied per order.
- It only covers products purchased within the corresponding order.
- The service cannot be added after order completion.
- Shipping Protection cannot be cancelled once the parcel has been shipped.
3. To report an issue
Upon successful enrollment in the protection plan, a confirmation email containing the following will be automatically dispatched:
- Service contract reference number
- Step-by-step claims guide
- Claims procedure documentation
Free Return Terms:
- The return request must comply with the merchant’s return policy;
- The relevant return fees shall be borne by the party requesting the return;
- The return request must be submitted within the return and refund period allowed by the merchant.
How do You enjoy the benefit?
It is as simple as You raising a merchandise return request with ENGWE. ENGWE will review the return request against its return policy. If ENGWE approves the return request, You just follow ENGWE’s instructions to return the merchandise. The return shipping cost and any expenses incurred by ENGWE in handling the return will be covered by this Protection.
Supporting documents required for Free Return cost claims:
- ENGWE’s confirmation of the consumer’s return request;
- Return shipping tracking number;
- Email containing the reason for the return and the time the return request was submitted;
- Actual shipping costs paid.
