Does this bike have twist or thumb throttle?

The ENGINE PRO comes with twist throttle. If you prefer thumb throttle, please check EP-2 PRO

Where can I find parts if I want to replace?

If you have any problems with your bike, we recommend you contact our customer service at service@engwe-bikes for professional assistance. They will let you know how to purchase correct parts for replacement.

Is it water resistant? How well does this Ebike handle on snow and ice?

The display is water resistance, however, humidity or other extreme environment will cause permanent damage to the motor and battery. So we Do Not recommend ride or leave the E-bike in the rain or other extreme environment.

Is there a user manual included in the package?

We ship to United States, United Kingdom, and All European Union Countries. If you are located in UK or European Countries, please visit our Europe Store, www.engwe-bikes-eu.com.

What happens after I place order?

After you place the order, our warehouse will start sort your order and get it ready for FEDEX/UPS to pick up in 1 Business Day if the product is in stock. After the FEDEX/UPS pick up, it typically takes around 7 business days for the delivery.
If the product is in Pre-Order/Out of Stock status, we will inform you the estimated shipping date on the product page on our website. The estimated shipping date we announce is the expect date the product arrive at our warehouse in California. If you place order in the Pre-Order/Out of Stock stage, our warehouse will start prepare your order as soon as they receive the products. All Pre-Orders are served in First Come First Serve basis, if you cancel your pre-order, you will lose your position in line. Please plan accordingly.

Does the product require any assembly?

We have made the bike 90% assembled. After you received the bike, you will only need to assemble the front wheel. We have the instruction video here,

Or you can take the bike to your local bike store, have them help you with assembly. We can provide reimbursement of the assembly fee.
