The bike is big and look nice ! I really like the Orange color . The break is a bit noisy but it’s ok.
Con la c20 pro mi trovo molto bene! Autonomia immensa riesco a fare 60km solo in elettrico l’unica cosa che non riesco a trovare un manuale in italiano per il display per ottimizzare e personalizzare la mia bicicletta! Per il resto tutto perfetto in due settimane ho già percorso 250km. La uso tutti i giorni per andare a lavoro!

Excellent bike! In first week, I drove 182km and couldn’t be more happier. Rear suspension link bolts will come loose and these will need attention! Thread locking liquid or equivalent will fix this problem. These bolts seem to be loose on every bike reviewed on f.ex YouTube. No big deal, when you know this and fix it. Although this should be fixed by manufacturer. For 195cm driver, seatpost is a bit too short. Great ride and very comfortable on unpawed roads also. With 90kg rider and variable road conditions, battery lasts over 70km’s (Eco mode, PAS level 3). 100km PAS driving is quite achievable i think. Thank you!
Hello engwe team, I assembled the bike properly, charged the battery and rode 2 km. Wonderful! Then I folded it and packed it in the boot of my car to take it to Tenerife in September. It's very mountainous there and I'm going to love riding this bike.

This is so much fun to ride and the orange colour really pops, it gets quite a bit of attention - people love it. Was easy to set up straight out the box, some adjusting of the brakes were needed as things will get misaligned during shipment, but nothing a couple of YouTube videos quickly sorts out.
Tiny niggle would be the gears, I wish they used 11t instead of 14t because at high speeds you're just pedaling thin-air. Hopefully it's something they'll think about with future models. Seems pretty easy to do yourself anyway.
I'm already thinking about getting another battery.

Absolute Kauf Empfehlung dieses Fahrrad ist optisch sehr stylisch und technisch einwandfrei mit der zweiten Batterie mega praktisch! Ich werde mir noch ein andern Sattel gönnen aber sonst gibts nichts zu meckern.
Wow so had my engine pro for 1 week now and ready to share my thoughts on the bike. First of im very happy with the bike its looks and feels like a tank and rides like one to. It is very heavy and feels sterdy under ones foot . I have installed the xanperex rear child seat on mine and evan with the extra weight of my daughter the bike stil flies . Its very smooth and all components work very well. Battery is exellent and last very well. I went for 10mile cruize last night in eco mode pas level3 and when i got home the bike was stil showing 98% battery.
Overall very happy with the product.
La bici si presenta molto robusta ed affidabile, sembra una moto per come frena e curva in tutta sicurezza. Batteria arriva a 60km in solo elettrico (moderando la velocità) e può arrivare anche a 50kmh di velocità. Consigliato
This is my second Engwe bike and it really is great.
You can easily peddle through town and enjoy every minute of it. Or make a tour, the battery lasts 60- 80 km in peddle assist at least.
The quality is good and this bike is ideal for an flat environment. It is a family bike and my kids are loving it.
Not here to give bad review. But i am waiting for my tracking number info. been several days. My only complaint is if email is how one gets support. Please respond with in 24 hours as promised. Scared situation for me as bike my only transportation. All i want is a ETA on parts and tracking number simple request. Thankyou Engie for this bike. Loved every moment i ride it...most comfy bike i ever had
I have traveled about 50 km since purchase. It may not be much, but my emotions are positive. My height is almost 2 meters and I comfortably set up the seat and handlebars. Assistant mode is a whole new experience. I can go from point A to point B and not sweat at all while pedaling.
