I bought two Ep-2 Pro, one for me and one for my wife. We are very happy for choosing this model. It's super comfortable to ride, although not having a rear suspension, the fat tires do their job making the rides very enjoyable. The motor is incredible, allowing smooth accelerations. Mostly, I ride using the pedal-assist mode, using the level 1-3 it's enough for me because you can really feel the motor kicking in. Rarely used modes 4 and 5 that are really powerful. The twist throttle is a plus and the fact that it's connected to the selected pedal-assist level you are using makes it very secure (some bikes have all the power available when you use the throttle which can be dangerous).
We also bought the Engwe 17-liter bag to take on the rear rack. The bags are really good, with amazing quality!
Just a few words for Engwe customer service. They were amazing, always answering my questions and they made a big effort so I could receive the bikes in due time!

I would like to se in the bike a 20×3 tire.

Ein geniale Spaßmacher . Natürlich sind ein Par Sachen , die man besser machen könnte. Aber das wäre auch meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es fährt sich super , mit meine 110 KG überhaupt kein Problem. Für unter 1000 EUR nicht zu schlagen. Wer eine Perfektion sucht , kann 3000 + ausgeben. Gestern bekommen , heute zum "Vatertag", 28 Km gefahren und mit einem breitem Lächeln und vollem Akku nach Hause gekommen. Einfach Super, Danke.

The bike came with sqeaking brakes, a slightly bend rear derailleur, skewed frontwheel and it would not turn on. I had to open the bike and make sure all cables were in place, and then it would turn on.

So fare the bike Is working Just as described. Fast, good battery and look pretty solid. Only down Is the Beatles not very strong Customer care Is very good and quickly answer. Bravi!
